Our boutique winery takes pride in crafting premium quality dry Riesling in a clean environment that captures the essence of the Clare Valley. Our “Henry Ely” Vineyard, situated 420 metres above sea level, benefited from its special location and small size, allowing for personal vine attendance by hand with care. The cool, pristine surroundings, combined with peak summer shading and non-irrigated (dry-grown) fruit, testify to the unique nature of our site, producing exceptional Riesling grapes.

With meticulous care and personal attention throughout the year, we ensured that every vine thrived in optimal conditions. This includes year-round personal management of the vines, careful attention to the undergrowth, and fruit protection from peak sunlight.
